Barbara was very encouraging with warm reception of my visit to Merle Norman since my younger college days. Very efficient makeup demo with attention to other customers who came by for products while I was there. Loving the powdered eyebrow application as well as toner. Eyeliner and lip moisturizer! Scheduled to get my makeup done here for my engagement pictures. Thought it would be a good idea since I don’t wear makeup in the first place and so I don’t own any. I was wrong. I sat there testing foundation colors for at least 30 mins. She had me putting it on and taking the foundation off. Love their products. I like this location; it's small and usually not busy. The gal there is really quite sweet and helpful.

I took my 7 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. This was a bad decision. The employee Barbara didn't want any of my suggestions on where to place the ear rings on my daughters ears. I even offered to help her mark them and she didn't like how I did it. She quickly grabs the ear piercing guy and pierces my daughters ear without checking with me on the placement "because she knows what she is doing".
