I had a terrible experience getting my earlobes pierced at Merle Norman. One of my piercings was done crooked, and now I'm stuck with a lopsided result that I'm either going to have to live with or pay to fix elsewhere. The staff used the Inverness system, which they insisted "is not a gun" — but it functions just like one. It clicks, it shoots the earring through your ear, and it absolutely is a piercing gun in all but name. Trying to sugarcoat the tool doesn't change the fact that it caused a botched result. Great service! Bree was amazing with my daughter. She did both ear piercing and eyebrow shaping. She was informative, kind and patient with my daughter. Highly recommended!
Had my 8 month old ear pierced, staff is so helpful and great, really like the service!
