I got a gift certificate for Christmas but unfortunately it was lost when presents were unwrapped. I had the receipt though showing the amount of the gift card and the card number. Barcode on receipt. I went to Merle Norman, Stillwater, with my receipt and asked for another copy of the card. It was only a paper card, not a credit card type. I was denied another card, even though I had never booked an appt or used the card. So, why have a receipt that a card was purchased? Or records showing an appt was never made by me? Brianna is Fantastic! Her facials r Magnetic! I'm always ready to make another appt when I'm done! Also her neck&shoulder massage at the end of the facials r freakn BEAUTIFULLL!!!

Brianna was phenomenal! I got my first facial and last lift + tint today and I felt like I was in a different universe by the end of it. So relaxing! The place was nice and clean and all staff members were super friendly. Brianna was super sweet and talked me through what she was doing. I will be back!
