My mom and I had the best experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We will be repeat customers. Ignore the bad reviews. Yes it's a storefront, not a spa but very intimate. I loved it

I had a collagen facial and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Shirley. While I understand some of the previous reviews criticizing the disorganization of her store, I can also say that I left the salon with my skin glowing. While I also understand one’s reaction to criticize her facials because they are given seated in a chair, vs. laying down, like many traditional facials, I also understand how much effort it takes to run a small business, especially one that survived the pandemic in an affluent area. Terrible attitude ! Canceled appointment at last minute. Did not call and had a terrible attitude towards the customer when U reached there after driving a long distance. Dudn't seem to care about the customer !!
