Great Management The woman who runs this store is a regular customer of mine, and I am a regular customer of her's. I don't know of any other Merle Norman Store so this one is a bit unique, just for its exsistance. I feel more comfortable shopping here rather than a 'party', there is no pressure, you can look at everything and get individual attention and she's got some great samples that I've tried and bought the larger size of!
personalized service This lovely lady has single-handedly managed this merle Norman store for eons here in Park Ridge. This location is the second one for this store. The store is interesting to visit with great displays, and always an awesome front window. She is so helpful in every way and would sit with you for hours to make sure you were pleased with your purchases.

She helps me choose products that are great for me, and will never sell me something that doesn't work for me, even when I think I need it.Merchandise is fairly priced, and the customer service is unmatched.
