Horrible customer relations! This is located inside a Hallmark store. The Merle Norman "department" is rather shabby (the photos on the walls of the models are so faded it's hard to see details of their faces). My sister needed a new foundation and didn't know what color would match her skin. She wanted a consultation to find new makeup for a trip she is taking this month. We were greeted by a salesperson who immediately admonished us to "not touch anything" because the owner gets really annoyed and difficult if people touch... read more

Hallmark / Merle Norman Studio in 1 shop. Lovely store. Impeccably clean. Great customer service. Super conveniently located. The only reason I didn't rate it a "5" is because every time I shop here the attendants seem surprised that I have come in specifically for Merle Norman products and not necessarily other items in the Hallmark portion of the store. Also the staff members seem very unfamiliar with the Merle Norman products and that portion of the store in general. Shopping for Hallmark? This is the place to go. Shoppin... read more
