R.N. I got my ears pierced at Merle Norman at the Citadel Mall, and they did an excellent job. The piercings were right on straight and the earrings were beautiful. They used a gun and popped them in with no problem. Their earrings are nickle and lead free. I used their bottle of antiseptic for about 10 weeks and never had a problem. No infection whatsoever. Excellent customer service While perusing different products I noticed how helpful all of the staff was and the knowledge and education offered about products was unparalleled. Would recommend to anyone who is confused about cosmetic offerings.

DON'T GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE!!! So this place came up for a place where one may get their ears pierced. I didn't like the idea of a piercing gun, but the employee assured me it'd be fine. I already had 1 set of piercings. I'm sensitive to certain metals. So I ended up getting a set that cost way too much for what I got. They were crooked, and while the piercing itself was plated with a nonreactive metal, the part that held it there was not. In fact, copper.
