I purchased 2 wigs and some Vera Bradley items from this store. I found the salesperson very helpful and friendly. Their wig selection includes Gabor and Raquel Welch brands, both are good quality. I would go back again for the personal attention I received.
Called them today to verify information on their Pandora collection. They were awful - snippy, unhelpful, unpleasant to deal with. Now that there is a Pandora location in Lexington, I'll be going there instead. I don't understand the necessity of making things difficult for your customers.
