The skin care line is wonderful and I love that new colors are introduced every season to change things up and not get stuck in a rut. The one on one by Nicole and her staff can't compare!
The owner is very knowledgeable and she remembers everyone's name. I've known her all her life...
Not only does Merle Norman have the greatest products but the staff and management at this specific store are amazing. I have never met more wonderful people with such high standards for their business. At this store you get the whole experience! No matter who you are or what you end up purchasing, you leave the store feeling greater then you did before! I highly recommend everyone go get "pampered" and see what this place is all about. You will not be disappointed!!
Great service
I have been a Merle Norman client for years and ALWAYS enjoy the personal, 'one-on-one' assistance in developing my own skin care program, introducing me to the latest products and colors, and encouraging me to 'step out of my color comfort zone' to try new hues'. I feel welcomed when I walk in the door...and pampered a bit as I leave! ALWAYS a wonderful experience!
