Roaches, dog poop and pee at the entrance, overdoses, needles, pepper spray, rude leasing specialists and the smell of cigarettes in the building. Never again. Don't do it. Not safe. Just wanted to add that nobody has reached out to me in regards to this complaint. Avenue living only cares about your $$$, not if you have an issue.
The area is accessible but the cleanliness is very poor! We have seen a pins and needles,broken glass shattered on the side of the floor and even a dogs treats. Good thing my kids was not hurt. And we’re very disappointed. I have already informed our property agent about this but no action it’s been almost a week now. So disappointing no one e we tried to bother explain or checked my unit of there are anything else left.
