The facility is peaceful, just 2 min walk away from LRT station and bus stop. Airy, well ventilated and close to save on food, freshco, pizza store, doctor s clinic, health centre and stadium recreation centre etc. I m living here for around 2 years without my vehicle with ease. I wish, I could stay here for more time if mgt will not increase rental in future. I love to live in a clean setting and always try my best to keep their provided unit neat and clean. Roaches, dog poop and pee at the entrance, overdoses, needles, pepper spray, rude leasing specialists and the smell of cigarettes in the building. Never again. Don't do it. Not safe. Just wanted to add that nobody has reached out to me in regards to this complaint. Avenue living only cares about your $$$, not if you have an issue.
