We contracted with Scott Merle to build a second home. During the first meeting we were surprised that gutters would not be included in the purchase price of a brand new house. Then, we also found that we would only receive a stone driveway even though a paved driveway was a requirement in the community's HOA. The worst builder in Central, new York, myself and my neighbors get a gathering to compare all the snotty work in our new homes that Scott refuses to acknowledge or repair I would never build with him again and I urge anyone out there trying to build your dream home. It will be a nightmare with Scott merle and he will blame it all on you.
