We contracted with Scott Merle to build a second home. During the first meeting we were surprised that gutters would not be included in the purchase price of a brand new house. Then, we also found that we would only receive a stone driveway even though a paved driveway was a requirement in the community's HOA. It was one thing after another during contract negotiations and we became hesitant but finally signed the contract. The worst builder in Central, new York, myself and my neighbors get a gathering to compare all the snotty work in our new homes that Scott refuses to acknowledge or repair I would never build with him again and I urge anyone out there trying to build your dream home. It will be a nightmare with Scott merle and he will blame it all on you.
