Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I would recommend Dr. Frankel.

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
