We saw Dr. Puray twice, and waited over an hour past our appointment start time both times. The second time we were there for test results. The results were not in yet. My husband took the day off work, and we drove almost an hour one way to get to her office. Then we sat there for almost 2 hours, only to be told we would have to rebook the appointment because the results weren’t in yet. Why didn’t someone look? Dr Puray is an excellent, knowledgeable and compassionate medical provider. I highly recommend her
Okay and competent doctor but continually seems to overbook and so waiting time to see doctor is close to an hour, even with appointment. Disappointing.
She is a great doctor but her staff are horrible unprofessional. Main reason why I left and got a new doctor. It's a shame she has rude staff.
