Nice condo and area
I just wanted to drop a note here to say how great Carmen, the concierge, is. I came to the building with a delivery for a resident. She noticed me struggling with the heavy bags, opened the door for me very promptly and got me a cart to help carry it up to the resident. Just very friendly, helpful and polite, and if building management looks at these reviews I want them to know to commend her!
