I have applied for an apartment with this complex. Paid $366 in applications fees, toured apartment and I haven't received a word back yet. It's been over 2 weeks they told me I would hear something on Monday. I've called 2 times they won't answer the phones or call back. I feel this is bad business and that they are taking people money.

I've tried calling and emailing my complex over the weekend as I moved out and ended my lease to let them know I had to leave town and someone will return the key. The emails of the office workers wasn't allowing me to send a message and I even went as far to ask for an application on they site with the message that I'm out the apartment and it's empty.
