Honestly great customer service!!
Extremely disappointing experience with Dave at Merivale Vision Centre. I’ve been a long-time patient here and always had positive, professional experiences with every other staff member — they’re kind, attentive, and genuinely care. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with Dave was the complete opposite. My lens order has been delayed multiple times, with repeated errors and excuses from Nikon’s lab. Great and friendly service by everyone.
Everyone was so cordial from the front desk, to the scan technician and Dr. Clarke. It's always a pleasure being seen by Dr. Clarke who is so competent and professional.
Will not be going back. When I received my bill I was shocked. I am over 65 and got charged $113.00 for Retinol Imaging. My wife paid $30.00 for the same test. When you google “average price for Retinal Imaging test” in Ontario it comes back between $40.00 and 80.00. As seniors we are not able to budget our money when prices for services are way above the norm. Very disappointed!!!!! Go somewhere else if you need Retinol Imaging Test.
