Dr. North is amazing. The staff are generally nice. What's challenging is the hours for purchasing glasses. Not convenient for people with jobs, commutes, or caregiving responsibilities, for example. Maybe some of the staff who don't seem busy could be reallocated to Saturday afternoons, even for 4 hours.
