The property manager’s rudeness makes you want to run away before you even consider visiting
It's a place to live, not the greatest, not the worst. For the price now it's semi worth it. The whole adding on utilities for new tenants does suck a lot though. The laundry room is open 24/7 which is a blessing for someone that works overnights like me, place seems well maintained, they have rent cafe now, which is great because Osgoode (previous property management) had that right before they switch to paramount properties and we lost rent cafe for a bunch of years.
