It's a place to live, not the greatest, not the worst. For the price now it's semi worth it. The whole adding on utilities for new tenants does suck a lot though. The laundry room is open 24/7 which is a blessing for someone that works overnights like me, place seems well maintained, they have rent cafe now, which is great because Osgoode (previous property management) had that right before they switch to paramount properties and we lost rent cafe for a bunch of years. HORRIBLE AGING SITE STAFF!! THEY SLEEP ALL DAY IN THEIR OFFICES AND ARE NO WERE TO BE FOUND WHEN NEEDED! COMPLETELY USELESS!! FIRE THEM !!
I have lived here for 4 years now. The place is now managed by a great woman who is really doing a lot for the building. The supers are the best! They are extremely quick to help with any problems. I love living here!
I moved in 2 months ago and the team has been amazing. Lesley, Cory and Gordon are quick to act on service requests. The building is always clean and feels safe. I love it here.
Excellent staff, accommodating, friendly and very helpful. I have lived in this apartment building twice, nothing but excellent experiences. Very affordable too.
