The office staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and kindness. Their relaxed demeanor made the treatment process significantly easier. Additionally, the fees were relatively affordable, which was beneficial. Dr. Sharada showcased impressive knowledge and explained the entire process in a detailed manor. The Dental assistant (Monique) made me feel like i was in good hands and not to worry. I highly recommend this clinic.
Revising my original review. This clinic was great when Dr Saray was there. Things got rocky though as she left and ownership was changing. I went to this clinic because of issues where a previous clinic hurt me and rushed through procedures. And I'm leaving this clinic because of a lack of communication and issues with process and hygienists rushing/hurting me. I'm hopeful they improve as the ownership change and staff stabilizes, but it's no longer the spot for me.
I’ve been coming to this dentist for years, they have had a lot of changes but with the new owners I can feel the difference of how comforting and caring they are. Now family owned and operated, im happy with my experience and will continue to come. Highly recommend
Went to this practice for teeth cleaning and was immediately told that I needed teeth filling - unfortunately for them I know for a fact that I don’t need those because I already have it cross checked by different practices. I took this behavior of choosing profit over honesty as a red flag and never came back. Last but not least, the teeth cleaning was absolutely brutal.
