Had initially left a 5 star review for this clinic, but recent experiences have been disappointing with the poor communication and follow up. We’ve had the opportunity to receive care from one wonderful vet, who went above and beyond with her work and follow up to diagnose and treat our diabetic cat— Dr Yiu is stellar, communicative, transparent, and very caring. We've been taking our senior cat with thyroid issues here for some time. I find the staff to be very compassionate and understanding (particularly when I call in tears). The vets offer levels of solutions, and are willing to get creative when my cat won't eat. I appreciate the candor regarding issues that could impact my senior cat in future, it's nice to be prepared. Everyone here loves cats, and it shows.
Took my kitty here for his first vet appointment and the vet gave us lots of useful advice! Got two shots and a deworming pill too!
My cats have been patients here since 2023, we briefly switched vets last fall after moving to another area of the city. After one visit the new vet, we switched back to MCH, it's worth the drive to go to a cat-only practice. My cats have had annual exams from Dr. Boeckh and Dr. Yiu. Each visit, they take the time to sit down and go over any concerns/changes to your cat's health.
