Unfortunately, my last visit is my final visit. The service was poor, my cat was very stressed, and neither of our needs were met. The vet was extremely judgemental and I left feeling ripped off, invalidated and just generally annoyed at the entire interaction. A few years ago, the vet there was amazing but it's all gone downhill.
This is hands down one of the best vets I've ever been to. Dr.Boeckh has been not only extremely fair and ethical, but kind, considerate and clearly does this job not for the money but to provide genuine care for cats at a fair and affordable rate. They're an independent vet, not a corporate conglomerate and Ottawa has a real treat with such good care being provided.
Zues's transition was handled with such love care and respect.
Dr. Beck has been amazing to work with our cat. The cats in his presence are very at peace it seems, he has a calm demeanour. Happy with the clinic.
