2 weeks ago I came for my appointment and they said I dont have an appointment, saw online that they canceled it and never called to let me know. I was supposed to have another appointment today and they said again I dont have an appointment. When I mentioned that to them they didn't even care. Plus they dont know how to diagnose they always just do a swab and pee test when there are many other things that could be done
Awful! I just got out of the doctors office, or should I say nurse practitioners office, even though I have recently gotten out of the hospital they did not assign me to a doctor. That was the first disappointment! The NP came in telling me how great the appointment was going to be, sporting blood-stained scrubs. It went downhill from there. This is not Womens healthcare this is Womens disrespect. I felt disrespected and condescended to. I canceled the appointment before I even was examined. Don't go there!
Terrible. Bad experience! go to Capital women’s health they will see you in a timely manner. They’re kind empathetic sweet and on time. Everything is done in the office. You don’t have to go anywhere else to get blood work. Everything is done in the office. They treat you like a human.
I recently have left from being at your guys facility is because I felt like I couldn’t and didn’t have the trust with your guys team whatsoever.. First time I went with you guys back in September 2025, I saw a doctor then after that it was ALL midwife’s. I preferred to want to see a doctor for all of my visits and was quite confused but you guys kept giving me midwife’s ! I just wanted to bring to anyone’s attention the way these geriatric women are running this facility is extremely disappointing, the lack of compassion and empathy and judgment WREEKS. When I dialed the extension to speak to a nurse I had an encounter that had me in tears- not even speaking to a medical professional yet just some miserable secretary.
