I left in tears… not even 20 minutes after the start of my appointment I walked out crying. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with Meritus. Kathy was extremely rude and dismissive, lied in my patient notes on mychart about things helping my pain. During the visit made it sound like it was impossible for anything to be wrong with my IUD. She also claims it’s not possible for a Dr. to hurt me while getting an IUD inserted and if they did there would be no way of knowing. Completely unprofessional.
Nurse Kathy is a terrible nurse. she’s rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. My first in person appointment with her left me feeling unheard but I was willing to pass it off as a “bad day”. She ordered an ultrasound to check my iud placement and called me about a week after my ultrasound with results. The phone call was very rushed where she basically just said my iud was in the correct spot, any questions? Fast forward to recently when I finally checked my ultrasound results myself, I noticed it said “adenomyosis ... read more

I have been a patient of Dr Andele long before she came to this office. She's amazing, patient, kind, professional. I'm thankful for her.
I would like to leave here a tribute to this clinic and CRNP Solveig Locke, bless her. She was patient, ready to inform, and concerned with my amenity and comfort. My only complaint being ill-preporation and ill-instruction on account of a lack of communications between a call center and this clinic during the schedueling of and within the short duration proceeding my appointment notwithstanding, she was willing and able to reschedule my appointment to the day after it was supposed to be according with my optimal time frame ... read more
