Both times I’ve been here have been amazing! I was literally in and out in less than ten minutes, the employees were kind and professional and I had my results available in MyChart within a couple hours.
Short version: Do not go here— there is a male employee here who had a screaming meltdown that left me afraid for my personal safety and for the safety of others. Long version: I am shocked and horrified by the experience I had at this lab. I got drawn back from the waiting room by a phlebotomist named Paul. Sign in was quick with the kiosk, the service was fast, the staff were friendly. My phlebotomist was experienced and got blood with one poke even though I was a bit dehydrated.
