Most negative reviews seem to be for emergency services (which I’ve never used), but I had my scheduled foot surgery here recently and had an excellent experience. The nurses in pre-op and recovery were so kind and accommodating. They made me feel at ease and cared for. The surgical team was great as well! After my surgery, I had a billing issue, and the billing customer service was very helpful. I got my issue fixed immediately. I can’t speak for the ER, but I highly recommend the surgical services here!
Meritus Emergency Room Department are so disrespectful They go to take my blood pressure not one but twice the cuff pops “WAY TOO TIGHT”then this young CNA got smart with me. . I come in feeling like I can barely hold my head up throwing up fever body aches they sit me in a metal chair. Then I was put in the waiting room to wait on my results. Wow ! Meritus really just breaks the hippa law by taking peoples registration right in the waiting room! Ive herd multiple peoples info . I was told to file a complaint but im unsure of how to, So here it is! ITS AGAINST THE LAW !!! Oh and fyi when people are sick and in pain they dont wanna jump room to room just to be treated!
I was over a week ago. The doctors n nurse were ok. The hospital it self for being less then 20 years old is a mess.
