So very disappointed in some of the staff. Each time I went with my elderly mother she was checked in by a woman who was rude. I thought that just maybe she was having a bad day, but it was the same at each appointment. If you need to call after hours it was the same treatment. My mother was spoken to as if she was a moron. The call center should not make a decision if your needs need a call back from the dr. on call. That is between you and your doctor. My daughter went in with severe abdominal pain, they did blood work and told her it wasn't her appendix. Gave her a bunch of antibiotics and sent her home still in severe pain. Days later she was still having sharp pain so I took her back to the ER. The 2nd time there were great nurses that found the problem and gave her the appropriate medicine for the issue she was having. In this hospital it's hit or miss depending on the person who you are seen by.
