Absolutely incompetent billing department. Sent my mother to collections for a bill that was paid and then after she died and they were informed as such, they sent other bills of hers to collections. Absolutely fine hospital, but horrendous billing department.
I would give zero stars if I could how are we supposed to pay our bill if nobody answers and mychart isn’t working? Meritus billing is the absolute worst medical billing company I have had to deal with.
Call center services are saying they are transferring but then when it come back to them they simply hang up to reset the call cue. I would leave a 0 out of 5 but that is not an option
i called Three times and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time and had to leave a message. Never received a call back. tried sending a message through MYChart and no response. This is unacceptable coming from a Healthcare Institution. He highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.
