Not interested in new patients. 2-3 months for a first time appt even though they have two doctors accepting
This has got to be the world s slowest labs. There needs to be more than just 1 phlebotomist at peek times, especially first thing in the mornings. When I arrive at a lab at 6:45 (15 min. before they open) and there are already 4 people ahead of me and I don t get checked out till after 8am, this is an extreme problem. While Kathy is a good employee, she needs to cut way back on conversations with her customers. Left this practice. I had dr crussiah and she didnt listen to me. I told her I felt I was truely sick, not just allergies. She told me it was allergies and sent me on my way. I had called several times explaining to her I was feeling horrible. I ended up in urgent care with a sinus infect and strep. Thanks a lot
Kathy is an AMAZING phlebotomist. I will only go to her for ALL of my bloodwork needs. She is very kind and genuinely cares about all of her patients. I am very afraid of needles and have had horrible experiences with bloodwork in the past until I found Kathy. She is absolutely the best in the tri-state area. If you are not from Boonsboro, she is well worth the drive for exceptional care.
I am one of the lucky few that have found a great family practice in one shot! The people involved with the Williamsport Family Practice are compassionate, caring, and motivated by helping the patient. When I first went there I was unsure of what I was walking in to, but was pleased when I finished my appointment. Not one time have I went in to an appointment feeling like I am being intrusive or a nuisance! I am really grateful that there are still people out there that practice in the art of caring and compassion!!
We use this practice for my children. They have always been very nice and considerate of my kids. All the doctors we have seen have been respectful and thorough. They all seem to remember us even though we dont go in too often. When we did have an issue with my one child having an infection, every doctor we saw during that 2 week period had obviously talked to each other about what was going on with my daughter. I didnt have to keep explaining myself, and they all were really concerned with making sure she had the best care.
