We purchased our manufactured home in October 2024 believing it was move-in ready. Since then, our family has experienced serious concerns involving the crawlspace beneath the home. Charge me 256 bucks for utility change. For new person moving in are u kidding me. That's there charge not mine. But 256 bucks for something that takes 5 mins on computer come one. More charges just to keep taking money from.me when I no longer live there double. Charging is illegal I left due to your management discriminated against me I had it. I will be calling Monday this will. Taking care of the right. Move ouf date on the paper work witch I have copy of the paperwork I filled out and dropped off.
Edit… 10/30/24 Yes communities, why respond with a bogus phone number? Do you know how many messages I’ve already left to NEVER get a call back!!?? Quit playing! Now October 10/15/2025 and still crickets from the crap company. Do yourself a favor and quit your damn job cause you truly suck at it! Should NOT be this hard to reach a person with major issues happening! Extremely unprofessional! Look elsewhere if you can.
