Charge me 256 bucks for utility change. For new person moving in are u kidding me. That's there charge not mine. But 256 bucks for something that takes 5 mins on computer come one. More charges just to keep taking money from.me when I no longer live there double. Charging is illegal I left due to your management discriminated against me I had it. I will be calling Monday this will. Taking care of the right. Move ouf date on the paper work witch I have copy of the paperwork I filled out and dropped off.
Edit… 10/30/24 Yes communities, why respond with a bogus phone number? Do you know how many messages I’ve already left to NEVER get a call back!!?? Quit playing! Now October 10/15/2025 and still crickets from the crap company. Do yourself a favor and quit your damn job cause you truly suck at it! Should NOT be this hard to reach a person with major issues happening! Extremely unprofessional! Look elsewhere if you can.
Very awful company. Will be filing with the BBB. When I renewed my lease, it was an entirely different number than what was on the lease itself. Very illegal.
Horrible company if the they take over the prices will sky rocket and you get nothing in return. Hope company goes bankrupt
