He has your company on his profile as where he works as a supervisor. I spent 20 years working for the largest company in the world that makes lenses...Essilor of America. This would and should not be permitted by any company.

My department has a 2014 Sutphen engine that has been having ongoing problems with the rear end. It was partially rebuilt at the authorized Meritor dealer that they instructed us to use and now just a few months and 1400 months later it is worse than it was prior to the first work being done. Meritor now says that it is no longer under warranty even though this has been an ongoing problem. Sutphen on the other hand is standing behind the problem so thumbs up for them and down for Meritor.
