My partner and I have currently been in the waiting room for over 2 hours with his apendix about to burst. We’ve had doctor’s call and address our concern with the receptionists and they are brushing it off.
Most disrespectful front desk I have ever met. Medical staff does there best to bad the front desk ruins the whole experience.
It was busy but I was seen quickly. Did a good job of finding and addressing the issue.
Took my husband to Unity Point emergency room this evening. We got there at a quiet time. They took him directly from the receptionist with no wait. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and polite at all times. We were in and out in an hour even though they ran multiple tests. It could not have been better.
