i’ve had two excellent experiences here and am grateful for the two separate lady physicians who’ve assisted me.
My review was removed, but I have also sent a formal email regarding the dismissive, unprofessional behavior and microaggressions my mother experienced during our visit. Upon arrival, she informed staff of her health status, but before she could finish, a nurse casually dismissed it. Later, a doctor spoke to her in a condescending and unnecessarily harsh manner, despite her calm and apologetic demeanor. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
