The Aumsville OR group are rude uncooperative and dishonest. we have had the service for several years and apparently they have made changes which are not a part of our contract but they want us to follow. They expect us to climb on the roof of our house and remove their equipment or they will do it for a $40 charge! Also state supposed to give 30 days written notice. Wow I am so glad I will never be using them again! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE very bad to deal with and wont work with a person or refund charges for "month" ahead. ... read more

This company feels they can do what they wish when they want and you can like it or not. I have had to close my bank account because of their unauthorized charges and their refusal to stop these. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....you will regret it.
