I Wouldn't recommend Meritas Health.
We had an excellent experience on Sunday morning at Urgent Care. No waiting. Got great care from the nurse and doctor. They also did x-rays. Really nice to have full service care without having to go to an ER.
Went to see Dr. McCormick for an issue that required labs. I requested specific labs, he agreed, and then ran the incorrect labs. I was billed for these labs, so I called my insurance and Meritas who (after 3 separate attempts at reaching them) finally told me the charges from Quest (labs) would be dropped and I had nothing to worry about as McCormick signed off that the labs were indeed incorrect. No stars for Dr. Forest. Told him symptoms and his response "what do you want me to do about it?" Guess I should have gone to ER. Felt dizzy, light headed, headache, left arm tingling shaky just didn't feel right. I will not be paying the bill since they didn't do anything except make the situation worse. Do yourself a favor DON'T GO HERE!
