I’ve been seeing a wonderful doctor John Campobasso for over 40 years, now he’s about to retire and never to soon. I have experienced horrible care from the nurses who have problems following basic instructions here at Meritas Health! They have messed with my prescriptions so many times never getting them right, not calling them in at all or not calling all of them in or calling them in wrong and the waiting for them to correct their mistakes....omg and worst part is the rudeness. this is the third time I've had to reschedule due to lack of information from this office. I will be finding a new one.
For 20 years I would have given them 5 stars but that is no longer the case. Patients are no longer receiving the care needed.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean. Most importantly, they were efficient. The wait time was not bad at all.
35 minutes and counting to pee in a cup. Horrible service. Might be a staffing issue, should be considered due to horrible wait times.
I can not speak about any other location. I have only been to the Vivion location. I have been a patient of Dr. John Campabosso's for almost 20 years. I have received nothing but top notch care and respect from Dr John and the entire staff. Yes I miss the days when he had his own practice at Foxwood Family Medicine and they could get you in almost immediately on any given day. Some things changed when they were acquired by NKC Hospital. What a joke of a facility. They treat their patients terribly. Good thing I changed doctors before I was told I wasn't welcomed back. The worst customer service. I was treated poorly when asking to speak to my doctor and was told she would not relay my message. My advice, find a doctor who cares about your health.
