Don't ever see Camille Williams at Meritas Health Express in Liberty. I ended up paying $70 (even in network) whole dollars just to have someone tell me that I need to get Sudafed. It was a complete waste of time and money. I told her that I had a sore throat for 2 months and that 2 weeks into having the sore throat that I went to another walk in clinic and that they diagnosed me with strep and gave me a round of antibiotics. Kind, caring, knowledgeable NP work here. So good for a weekend illness or kids who can’t go to the doctor during school hours.
I had a sinus infection and a ear ache. I had the privilege of being waited on by Vanessa, N.P. Wow! She was so pleasant and nice. I felt like i perked up after being in her presence. Thank you for making my day a little better. Sometimes, you just never know what people are going through, besides the obvious. I can't remember the receptionist name, but she was pleasant as well. So, please thank these ladies for brightening my day! Now back to the drugs!
Poor customer service wait time was excessive and there was nobody in line in front of us or anybody to greet us at the counter
