We stayed that this resort for a bachelorette party and had such a frustrating experience. Our AC wasn’t working, and we had a service technician come out three separate times. Each visit, the AC would seem to be fixed, but within about 10 minutes it stopped working again. After multiple attempts, we’re still left without AC. Definitely disappointed with the service.
Each worker was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our stay was easy, food delicious, a great setting for the wedding we attended with ceremony among the grapevines.
This resort was the host for the Blue Note Jazz Festival. It’s cute and has some great amenities but also could stand to elevate and refresh some of its offerings like the Olive and Hay menu and Crush Lounge offerings. The hotel staff was decent not as responsive as I would have liked but they did correct and apologize for some of their staff’s shortcomings.
