We went here this weekend for the palm tree festival. Loved the festival. They did a great job. Only downfall was our side of the resort which was festival. Everything was closed for those two days. Resort is fine. But nothing i would say was great besides the best waiter at crush bowling. Miller !!!! What an amazing guy. He made the resort for us. Great server. So happy and worked the room. Thank you miller !!!
this is a beautiful resort, but they really need to work on their room service valet service the AI service is not ready for this resort yet.
Spa stands out- do not miss! Corrin for facials was amazing. I am putting her two notice in for her so she can move to Texas with me. Ha ha!
Nice place, great show venue. Couple of eateries onsite. Busy, lots of cars, not easy to park. Overflow hotel (show venue area) doesn't have an ice machine in the building. We had to call room service and WAIT for someone to bring a sandwich size bag of ice to our room. OR walk out across the street catch an elevator up to the 4th floor to get ice. 😒 Just saying.
