If it wasn't for Jerica I would be giving similar one star reviews. Their phone lines are in need of an overhaul. Once you can get someone on the line then things go great. Jerica was amazing! She answered our questions, helped us move our care forward, and supported us with a providers office who was needing support with submitting an authorization. If you're calling right now hang in there and pray you get Jerica.
I wish I could give this this Insurance Company 0 stars. My mom has been suffering for 2 and a 1/2 years. Every time this insurance company refers her to a doctor it end up being that those doctors have nothing to do with her condition.
Horrible service. They denied a covered claim right out because of a minor discrepancy in the birth date, and because it took so long to figure out, it might end up costing us thousands of dollars.
