Truly awful experience working with this Meritage team. Multiple things were not fixed or done correctly upon move in & the maintenance team has been challenging to work with. They’re routinely unavailable, non responsive and when brought to their attention there is no regard for customer service. One gentleman in particular was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Really disappointing experience and would never suggest Meritage to anyone.

Honestly feel like they said and did whatever to get me into the home. Not sure what we pay HOA fees for when the grounds are kept up. There are trash pages laying near the garage cans and homeless people sleeping on benches. I’ve had three packages delivered to the model home and/or my mailbox that have not been located. No one cares, no one helps. Just a terrible and unfortunate experience to deal with. Mertiage is terrible.
Absolutely awful company. Do NOT buy a home from them.
