Like so many others here I have had a horrible experience with Meritage. Our balcony was not water sealed correctly and all of the underneath supporting structure was rotten and collapsing. This occured within the warranty period offered by Meritage. The warranty customer service is a nightmare. Very slow to respond. Finally got my ticket elevated to management and it got worse from there. Accused me of not properly maintaining my home when I provied proof otherwise. Brady is horrible
I purchased a home in December of 2021 and it has been nothing but issues from the beginning. I wish I had used my intuition to back out of the sale and lose my $5,000 deposit. From the customer experience and my sales rep completely ignoring me and doing the bare minimum to the manager who was supposed to be trusted to take care of my home completely ignoring the progress, resulting in issue after issue being exposed conveniently after the two year mark.
