The repair side of Merit Restoration is ridiculously unprofessional! Do not accept their assignment if insurance provides their service! They discriminate and do not like to complete their job! Would NEVER recommend their business! Their company’s employees pretty much said “F me, and hell with my needs”.

Currently, in Lynchburg, VA this organization has NO organic employees to perform contracted services, all "subcontractors." I agree with Amanda. Nathan Cook came to the site of a fire and agreed to do the demolition and restoration. Both of these required permits. Nathan led us to believe he had a permit runner who was handling getting the permits. We submitted various information that he said he needed. When I contacted the permit office, I found that he had never submitted any of the necessary information to them.
