I worked with Kim and Kelly and not only are they personable and explain things in layman‘s terms for me but they are thorough and are excellent at what they do. We’ve used them in the past and we prefer to use them in the future as well.
Not the most helpful of places. Can't answer questions over the phone. Can't return emails in a timely fashion. Go to Wells Fargo, you'll be better served by a professional staff.
