Your service was so subpar & ineffective that I had to go to Immediate Care 12 hours after I left your ER to receive adequate treatment. I will never visit your hospital again. ZERO stars

Went for pleural effusion. Normally a thoracentesis would work, but they claimed the fluid was too thick (they could easily draw it by syringe, however, but were being lazy). Next obvious step would be a chest tube but they refused to place a chest tube. This mean I was left for around 3 days without any relief from a collapsed lung. This also further complicated recovery because when a lung sits in fluid like that, it develops a protective rind of sorts, meaning the lung won’t inflate normally when the fluid is removed.
