Terrible communication. Long very long wait with no communication. Never went to a room. Just check in area. Had ultrasound for leg pain. After asking to be discharged after a six hour wait. Finally was ask to come back which looked like a supply storage room. Had a shot for swelling a two minute talk with Dr.still no answer on what was causing swelling,other than go see another Dr. when you first enter ER you check into a window which is covered so she can’t see if anyone is there, there is a short form to sign in and leave... read more

I was very impressed with the speed and compassion of the er staff. They were short handed, very busy and still took very good care of me. That's usually not the case but I am very satisfied and feeling much much better thanks to them.

ER was VERY DIRTY, just filthy! I couldn’t wait to get home and shower. It appeared to had not been cleaned for many, many hours. We went about 10ish in the morning and no one (patients) was there when we arrived. 2 security guards were at the desk watching Sanford and Son. Care was mediocre. I was there for knee pain but they called me back and forth at least 4times. The last time I just couldn’t. I visited your facility from about 12:30-7 or 9pm. They empty the ER waiting area three time and I kept asking had they forgot about me? I asked them, several times and the nurse said no By this time the room was starting to fill up again.. so I asked the security desk would he go back and ask. He informed me no one was at the desk, I'll try later. I was very displeased with the service.
