The overall staff there was great with caring for me and my baby. But one particular nurse that worked in the nursery, Mrs. Brenda mistreated my daughter. She let her sit and cry for 30 minutes or more and found it funny and my daughter was scared and afraid. I do not appreciate this treatment done to my child and will be talking to management and a lawyer about this incident.

I must be honest and say that Dr. Hampton is a good doctor but it's the help, particularly the nurse who names starts with a "-" (I won't be a jerk and write her entire name). Nurse - has no customer services at experience none whatsoever. She will promise to call you back and never do, she will forget to fax your records to the clinics in Memphis and will have you to come and pick up said records (very convenient huh?)...Once you experience Nurse -, you probably will never won't to return again.
