I have never been to the Merit Madison location as a patient until last week. I work in the hospital industry and I’ve been in hundreds of facilities. I am glad to say that I was very impressed with all the caregivers that I encountered. The intake staff at the ER were efficient and courteous. The nurse in the triage and in the ER were very thorough and attentive. I was able to get back and get treated in an extremely timely manner. Most impressive.
