My husband is currently admitted here and we've had a horrible experience. When we went to visit they didn't even know it was visiting hours, they didn't have any clue what was going on. When I left I wanted to ask questions about my husband's stay and they brushed me off and told me I'd have to call in the morning, that a doctor would MAYBE see my husband the next day, and ushered me out the door. For context i ran out of some of my medicine and was struggling without it so i went to seek medical attention. I was on floor 6. When i got off the ambulance i was demanded my cell phone, I arrived there at around 11am; when i did no one informed me about anything. My room was unclean, there was trash on the floor and a nicotine patch on the wall. I was disrespected right off the bat asking about my medicine; I am also autistic.
