I had excellent experience in 4th floor post opp. Started with nurse practitioner Misty and Nurrse Seth. Both were amazing and very caring. Cath lab team lead by Dr Akhtar was absolutely great. They explained things before and after and what to expect next. Let’s just say it’s was absolutely great experience and let’s not forget my night nurse Jeni. I thank you all for great service and your professionalism

I would have rated this zero stars if I could. I took my 20 year old daughter to Turkey Creek Medical Emergency Room for sudden sharp and lingering pain on her right side waist area. As we approached the entrance 4 person's exited, non of them were wearing masks. Then we checked in, the employee was not wearing a mask but was shielded by plexiglass. The place was dingy & dirty. The nurse handling my daughter was hardly masked as it hung below her nose as she touched my daughter's face and arm. We watched several people come ... read more

I have always gone to Saxton Pavillion for my mammogram. I wanted to continue to go there but I have been on hold for over 10 minutes just to schedule it! You have lost my business.... Going to Geisinger.

I was victimized by Cat Scan staff bullying and patient profiling at Tenova Turkey Creek Medical Center. When I first arrived, a female Cat Scan employee sneered at me, & talked at me in a loud, hateful & disrespectful voice. As she did, I noticed her making eye contact with a fat male employee who leaned forward looking at me menancingly. The woman was very pompous, arrogant, hostile and condescending. As a patient, I received excellent care from professional staff. This was the receptionist all the way through admission, testing, or surgery by the nursing staff, radiology staff, lab and physician's. As a Nurse I worked with the staff closely when our patients had procedures or surgeries and they were always kind, helpful and professional. I had allied health privileges to work with the physician at Crestwood and assist with patient care while our patients were under their care. I took my mom in to Emergency yesterday cause she had a lot of blood in her urine . Heres the treatment she got : 1. Put in a cubicle that was so cold it was ridiculous. The door was propped open by a chair . I removed the chair to sit down and the door closes shut. 2. She was yelling for a nurse to give her some blankets and no one came . Nurses were within 30 feet . I had to round up a nurse to bring some and it took forever... then she just tosses them on the bottom corner of the bed. 3.
