Real Estate transaction could be headache. Linda and Rene are very professional and efficient. Actually this is my second time around working with them. Linda and Rene are Amazing! I reached out and they responded within the hour and I was able to see the unit same day and apply. They were incredibly friendly and Rene knew so much about the building and the neighborhood. You can tell they care a lot about not only the buildings they handle but also the tenants. I also didn’t feel pressured which is nice. I would highly recommend going through them for your next place. Thank you Rene and Linda!

Merit Group is a gem: Linda and Rene were professional, thorough, extremely helpful and easy to work with. They helped us with our move back to nyc, and when a new job called, found a tenant to take over our lease—under just a few days’ notice. They make this job look easy.
