I have been renting with Merit Enterprise going on 4 years.with absolutely no problems or issues. Our property manager Neil is one of the best Managers and a real caring and truly genuine person to work with. He totally is on top with any issues I have, and sends me real professionals on service calls. I couldn’t ask for a better and caring person to work with. I feel very fortunate to have him as our property manager. I highly recommend Merit Enterprise.
