Doc Rogers makes the uncomfortable, comfortable. Everybody is top shelf. HIGHLY recommend.
My recent dental cleaning and checkup were fine. I am very unhappy with the urgency of a credit to my account.. Merit has owed my HSA $769 since April of 2018 and has not reimbursed my account as of this date. I have asked the local office of Scott Rogers DDS. at least 4 times to process this without satisfactory results. I am still waiting
I love Dr. Rogers and have been going to him for years. I do not like the change in office procedures since Merit Dental took over the office. When I call the office they never answer the phone and often do not call back until after several phone call attempts. . If it were not for Dr. Rogers, I would move on.
Scott Rogers provides exceptional and compassionate care. I have known Scott and been a patient for over 20 years. In January my periodontist abruptly informed me I needed a tooth pulled. I was very upset and reached out to Scott. He saw a totally different care plan and I still have the tooth. His hygienists are great and my recent visit was very pleasant. I would recommend Scott without reservation.
