Do not rent from Merit. House was not ready on move in date, lots of issues with upkeep tickets, unprofessional demeanor at best from Beth. In the end we moved out only for them to keep $2,000 deposit money for a house that was not professionally cleaned when we moved in, maintenance people and owner scrambling to clean up as we were wanting to unload U-Haul.
