Everyone was very helpful with my purchase my vehicle, this was a hassle free purchase that we were able to complete very quickly. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived to do the test drive and again when I picked it up.

The biggest problem I had was their unwillingness to budge and their sales staff's attitude. The Jeep I was looking at had several aftermarket parts that were installed by a previous owner, some of them (the door handle inserts) were not installed correctly. I pointed this out to the salesman while we were waiting for the Finance guy to get freed up and he came back with a drill and proceeded to strip out the plastic on the handle. A great experience from start to finish at this dealership. After completing the "pre-approval/qualified application online, I was contacted immediately by Michael. I explained my situation to him, that I needed to purchase a vehicle asap since my current vehicle was on its last ride. He spoke to their finance dept and called me back right away.
